We accept both credit and debit cards. Credit card deposits start at $250, while debit cards require a minimum of $300 or more (higher for premium vehicle classes). All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes! Contact us as soon as you know you need more time. We’ll do our best to accommodate extensions based on vehicle availability. It’s best to notify us as early as possible to ensure we can extend your rental.
What is the minimum age to rent?
Great news for younger drivers! You must be 18+ years old to rent from us. We’re one of the few services in New Hampshire offering rentals to drivers 18 and up, making us perfect for college students and young professionals.
What documents do I need to rent?
You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a credit or debit card in your name. International travelers need a valid passport and international driver’s license or license from your home country (with English translation if not in English). Additional verification may be required for first-time renters.
What about security deposits?
Security deposits start at $250 for credit cards and minimum $300 or more for debit cards. Premium vehicle classes may require higher deposits. The deposit is fully refundable and released within 3-5 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition.
What if I don’t have insurance?

Do you accept debit cards?
Yes! We accept debit cards with a minimum $300 security deposit or more (compared to $250 starting for credit cards). The deposit is held during your rental and released after the vehicle is returned. Higher deposits may apply for premium vehicles.
What is the mileage policy?
Most rentals include a daily mileage allowance that varies by vehicle type. This allows for local trips around New Hampshire. Additional mileage rates range from $0.50 to $1.50 or more per mile depending on vehicle type.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 48+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations 24-48 hours before pickup receive a partial refund. Cancellations 23 hours or less / same day are non-refundable. We understand plans change and try to be as flexible as possible.
What happens if I return the car late?
Please notify us immediately if you’ll be late. Late returns may incur additional charges based on our daily rate and impact on the next reservation. We appreciate communication and will work with you when possible.

Pets are welcome with a pet fee purchased prior to rental. Please inform us when booking so we can prepare the appropriate vehicle and provide any necessary accessories. Cleaning fees apply if pets are not disclosed in advance.
Can someone else drive the vehicle?
Additional drivers can be added to your rental for a fee. All drivers must meet our age and license requirements and be present at pickup to sign paperwork. Adding drivers ensures everyone is properly covered by insurance.
