Most rentals include a daily mileage allowance. Additional mileage rates range from $0.50 to $1.50 or more per mile depending on vehicle type.

Rental Policies

Age requirements:

No, smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and any other smoking materials.

If a vehicle is returned with evidence of smoking (smell, ash, burns), a cleaning fee will be applied to remove the odor and restore the vehicle to its original condition for the next customer.

Pets are allowed only if you purchase the pet fee prior to your rental. This fee helps us cover the additional cleaning required to ensure the vehicle is allergen-free for future customers.

To add the pet fee to your booking:

Traveling with a pet without the pre-purchased fee will result in a cleaning charge.

Yes, for your safety and ours, all vehicles are equipped with two security devices that collect driving data including:

Guests are responsible for all tolls and tickets incurred during the rental period.

  • Tickets: You’re responsible for paying tickets resulting from illegal driving or improper parking

We recommend using cash at toll booths when possible, or be prepared for automated toll billing to be added to your final charges.

No, off-roading is strictly prohibited. Our vehicles are designed for paved road use only and are not equipped for off-road conditions.

Off-road use can cause significant damage to the vehicle’s suspension, tires, and undercarriage. Any damage resulting from off-road use will be charged to the renter and may void insurance coverage.
