GPS Vehicle Monitoring
For the security of our fleet and the safety of our customers, all Vorenza Rental Cars vehicles are equipped with GPS monitoring systems.

- Each vehicle is equipped with two (2) GPS tracking devices
- Devices track the vehicle’s real-time location, total mileage driven, and driving behavior
- GPS monitoring operates continuously during the rental period
How GPS Data Is Used
- Vehicle Security: Theft prevention, unauthorized use detection, and vehicle recovery
- Fleet Management: Monitoring vehicle condition, maintenance scheduling, and operational logistics
- Agreement Enforcement: Verifying compliance with rental agreement terms, including restrictions on off-roading and geographic limitations
- Mileage Verification: Confirming mileage driven for billing purposes
GPS Data Retention & Sharing
GPS data is retained for the duration of the rental period plus a reasonable period after vehicle return for billing, dispute resolution, and record-keeping purposes. GPS data may be shared with law enforcement if required by law, by valid court order, or when necessary for the recovery of a vehicle.
By renting a vehicle from Vorenza Rental Cars, you acknowledge and consent to GPS monitoring as described in this section and in your rental agreement.
Payment & Financial Information
We take the security of your financial information seriously. All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors.
- We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. Card details are securely transmitted to and stored by our payment processing partners.
- Security deposit holds are placed at the time of booking: $250 starting deposit for credit cards and $300 or more for debit cards, with higher amounts for premium vehicle classes
- Deposits are fully refundable and released within 3–5 business days after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition
- Refunds for cancellations are processed according to our cancellation policy (full refund for 48+ hours notice, partial refund for 24–48 hours notice, no refund for less than 24 hours notice)
- All payment data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS)
Data Security
Vorenza Rental Cars implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
