• Agreement Enforcement: Verifying compliance with rental agreement terms, including restrictions on off-roading and geographic limitations

GPS Data Retention & Sharing

GPS data is retained for the duration of the rental period plus a reasonable period after vehicle return for billing, dispute resolution, and record-keeping purposes. GPS data may be shared with law enforcement if required by law, by valid court order, or when necessary for the recovery of a vehicle.

We take the security of your financial information seriously. All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors.

• We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. Card details are securely transmitted to and stored by our payment processing partners.
• Security deposit holds are placed at the time of booking: $250 starting deposit for credit cards and $300 or more for debit cards, with higher amounts for premium vehicle classes
• Deposits are fully refundable and released within 3–5 business days after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition
• Refunds for cancellations are processed according to our cancellation policy (full refund for 48+ hours notice, partial refund for 24–48 hours notice, no refund for less than 24 hours notice)
• All payment data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS)
